Clinique

• Notion de contage, douleur abdominale, ictère, vomissements
• Fièvre, tableau de gastroentérite, asthénie, prurit
• Photophobie, céphalées, urines foncés, syndrome pseudo grippal
• Hépato splénomégalie

Bilan

• FNS
• VS/CRP
• Gly

Sérologie

• HIV
• HVC
• HVA
• HBS
• ASAT/ALAT
• GGT/PAL

Examens

• TP : Si <50=> Insuffisance hépatocellulaire=> Orientation
• >50=> forme bénigne
• Hépatique: ASAT/ALAT: 10×normal
• Bilirubine total ↗️ conjugué ++
• Sérologie IgM: HVA
• Échographie => Hépatomégalie

Traitement

• Repos
• RHD (légumes et fruits, éviter les produits laitiers et gras)
• Éviction scolaire
• Symptomatique
• Éviter Paracétamol

Hépatite B

Clinique

• Digestifs, ictère, hépatomégalie, Éruptions cutanées
• Asymptomatique

Bilan hépatique complet

• TP: (-) 50=> Fulminante
• ASAT/ALAT
• Bilirubine Total/indirecte/directe

Sérologie complète

• VIH, HCV, HAV
• Charge virale
• Fibroscan

Selon les résultats

• Traitement ou pas: Ig/Vaccination
