Clinique

• Leptospirose ictéro hémorragique
• Ictère : flamboyant orangée, hépatomégalie
• Syndrome : Infectieux, méningé, rénal, hémorragique (hémorragie sous conjonctivale)

Bilan

• FNS : Hyperleucocytose/Thrombopénie
• Transaminases ↗
• Bilirubine ↗ conjugué ++
• Créat ↗
• CPK LDL↗
• CU : protéinurie, leucocyturie, hématurie
• PCR

Traitement ATB pdt 7_10j

• Peu sévère : VO - Amoxicilline 1g 2/j - Ou Doxycycline 100mg 2/j - Ou Azithromycine 1g suivi de 500mg 1/j pdt 2j
• Sévère : IV - Amoxicilline 1g 3/j - Ou Pénicilline G 1.5 Mui 4/j - Ou Ceftriaxone 1g/j - Ou Cefotaxime 1g/6h
